• Store, process, transmit, and display User Content
• Use User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service

This license ends when your account is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of User Content
• Ensuring you have rights and permissions to upload customer or third-party data
• Compliance with applicable data protection and consumer laws

Dukonix acts as a technical service provider, not a data owner.

6. Prohibited Content and Use

You may not use the Service to store, transmit, or process:

• Illegal or fraudulent content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Malware, harmful code, or abusive material
• Personal data collected unlawfully

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Data accuracy or completeness

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

• Dukonix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Dukonix shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dukonix (if any) in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dukonix from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights
